“We’ve been looking at Atlanta for a while. It’s such an amazing city, especially the Old 4th Ward neighborhood with its rich history and creative energy. Once we heard about the Ponce City Market space, we knew it was a perfect fit for our brand. We think there’s a big opportunity for us to find a strong customer base in the Atlanta region” – Brendon Lynch, Rudy’s CEO.

Free haircuts ALL day! To celebrate its grand opening in Atlanta, Rudy's Barbershop, located at Ponce City Market (on North Ave) is giving free cuts all day starting at 9AM!

I got my cut yesterday and got a chance to meet and chat with Rudy's CEO, Brendon Lynch. They are very excited to be in Atlanta and feel there is a hip crowd here that will embrace Rudy's. I can tell you, there is and they will. While the space is full service, ,offering everything from a basic haircut to coloring, Rudy's is a welcoming place - you want to enter and the staff makes you feel welcome. That's great but what about the quality of services? Excellent, of course! I love my haircut.

RUDY’S BARBERSHOP COMES TO ATLANTA’S PONCE CITY MARKET

On March 1st, west coast brand Rudy’s Barbershop, known for its quality cuts and line of superior products, will open their first Georgia location at Atlanta’s nationally acclaimed, mixed-use community hub Ponce City Market.

Since 1993, Rudy’s has reignited the barber shop concept by offering unisex services in a creative, raw and vibrant environment. Step inside any Rudy’s location, and you will find a curated blend of art and music alongside high quality products and services. The brand creates a sense of community and place in each of their shops spread across Washington, Oregon, California, New York, Tennessee and now Georgia.

The 1,477 square-foot Atlanta shop will be led by an experienced stylist from Seattle and will feature seven barber chairs and a variety of grooming products for men and women, including Rudy’s own brand as well as top brands like BYRD, Baxter of California, Bumble and bumble, Reuzel and Malin+Goetz.

Services include a buzz cut for $15, short cut for $32, long cut for $45, beard trim for $10, bang trim for $10, color starting at $90 and a blowout for $35. Walk-ins are welcome but appointments are encouraged and can be booked on RudysBarbershop.com.

In preparation of the opening of their brick-and-mortar location, Rudy’s will host a special pop-up shop within Citizen Supply, a curated artisan marketplace located on Ponce City Market’s second floor, from February 18th through February 25th. During this time, the brand will offer their same quality cuts and superior products to Citizen Supply’s consumers during regular store hours: 10AM-9PM Monday through Saturday and from 12PM-8PM on Sunday.

Following their pop-up, Rudy’s will celebrate the official opening of their space with complimentary cuts all day on Wednesday, March 1st. In addition, there will be a grand opening party that evening with drinks, music and free food. The event is free and open to the public. Rudy’s Barbershop at Ponce City Market will be open 9AM-9PM daily.
