Maxim Magazine hosted an exclusive soiree presented by BlackBerry this past Saturday during Final Four weekend, at 200 Peachtree Street in Atlanta, Georgia. The event was hosted by Ludacris, with music by Atlanta's very-own Jermaine Dupri. There were special surprises throughout the evening, including Ludacris joining JD on stage for a surprise performance. 600 guests attended the invite-only bash. The South's Next Wave at MODA

The South: home to numerous design talents, both emerging and seasoned. The
Museum of Design Atlanta
thinks it's time to prove it.
This fall, the museum will present
The South's Next Wave: Design Challenge
, part exhibition, part competition.
Set/interior designers will be paired with object designers to showcase objects in unique environments. "We envision each vignette as a distinct environment with many layers," says curator Tim Hobby. Each vignette will be technologically enabled in such a way as to allow the viewer to access facts and video about the designers and the collaborative vignette design.
During the run of the exhibition, MODA visitors will be asked to choose their favorite vignette and object. Winners get more than bragging rights - there is a cash prize!

Executive assistant/brand manager Nina Brown put together an amazing team to style, update and rebrand radio personality and restaurateur

. Photographer Sara Hanna, assisted by Austin Holt, produced beautifully lit and dramatic images. [These are just my behind-the-scenes instagrams!] The talented Nyssa Green of the Green Room Agency kept him looking fresh. I was brought in to style Frank in looks that were fashion forward with a bit of swag but still stayed true to the individual.
These Walk-Over shoes were beyond. Blue suede wingtips with red soles, decorative red stitching and red laces!

Black cashmere v-neck with Ben Sherman shirt. Pants by John Varvatos and to give Frank a younger, rocker edge, metallic silver hightop Diesels.
Throw in a dog for the perfect accessory. This is Mena, Frank's beautiful German Shepherd. Frank was such a great model. He never resisted instruction, wore everything like a champ and never appeared tired, given he was up since 4am! Frank was also a very gracious and generous host sharing an incredible stash of wines with us!
