She rocked us in the 80's as Scandal's leading lady with Goodbye To You and The Warrior. She crushed our hearts in '92 with her mega-hit duet Sometimes Love Just Ain't Enough with Don Henley. And now, Patty Smyth is back with her first album since 1999! I told you about Come On December a few weeks ago. I gave a copy to my sister and we haven't stopped playing it. Patty has released a couple of videos, take a look!
The single, Come On December, is a catchy tune with a great melody. It's the kind of song that you keep on replay - I have! In the Come On December video, Patty takes us on a tour through New York City, including Coney Island. Watch for a couple of her famous friends like Sharon Osbourne and Julie Chen who help spread the holiday cheer by singing along with her. Even Patty's famous pro-tennis hubby, John McEnroe makes a cameo appearance. And looking sharp in a suit and tie.
In Broken, Patty Smyth pays tribute to our Veterans. It's a beautiful song and touching video.
