OSCAR FASHION 2016
/ E. Vincent MartinezThis is a different look for Louis Vuitton but it works so well with Alicia Vikander. She looks young and chic.
I liked this dress when I first saw it but fell in love with it when Brie Larson walked up the steps to grab her Oscar. It flowed so beautifully and fit perfectly.
Not any woman call pull off seafoam green but Cate Blanchet is in a fashion league of her own. She knows fashion and knows how to wear it. Love.
Stunning. Chrissy Teigan is gorgeous right now, even more than usual.
Or is it Heidi Klum in a Project Runway contestant fail??
Jennifer Garner looks like a movie star. Old Hollywood glam.
I love this look but not for The Oscars. Perhaps better suited for the Fifty Shades of Grey movie premiere?
I'm a huge Juliane Moore fashion fan but this dress missed the marked. Maybe I just don't like her in black? Her "chic" factor was missing.
Well... hmmm. No.
While the color washed her out, compared to her character in the Hateful Eight, I'll take her washed out any day.
If you're going to wear pants to The Oscars, THIS is how you do it!
Or as I call her, Ms. Oscar... Margot Robbie is a golden and flawless female Oscar.
One of my faves.
Side boobage couture. If the glorified suspenders weren't so "glorified" this dress would work.
The dress is gorgeous. I'd like to see Rooney Mara wear color and perhaps crack a smile.
A vision is sparkling green.
I'll give Sofia Vergara props for stepping outside her comfort zone of the mermaid kind. That's all.
Tina Fey is as elegant as she is funny. This is a very good look.
The biggest fashion party in the world, aka, The Oscars, brought all the glam and glitz to the red carpet that we love. Dior, Gucci, Armani and many of the other usual suspects graced their trains on the backs of Hollywood's A-listers. Charlize Theron is almost always my favorite. In Dior couture, of course, the last wore red. And diamonds. The hair was perfection. My number 1. Lady Gaga's transformation from meat couture to glamorous starlet sets her way high on the show-stopper scale. Then we have Olivia Wilde who "wore" her golden globes to The Oscars and covered them up with two strips of fabric and the lovely Kerry Washington dressed in dominatrix couture.
