delivered her twist on menswear by reworking the dress shirt into an off-the-shoulder sexy blouse. The strapless version works quite well, too. The intentionally, somewhat, disheveled styles gave us jumpsuits and pencil skirts with thigh-high slits. Vampy, yes. But doesn't lose the chic!
