Boasting over 30 million followers across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat -- the 3rd most followed user on Snapchat in the world, 19-year-old Bella Thorne is undoubtedly a pop culture phenomenon. She has been acting since adolescence, appearing on early episodes of The OC and Entourage, before landing her breakout role as a star on hit Disney show Shake It Up, at the young age of 13. Between forthcoming feature films Midnight Sun and The Death And Life of John F Donovan, the latter starring alongside Natalie Portman and Jessica Chastain, and recent lead roles in The Duff, Famous in Love and 2017 Netflix thriller You Get Me, Thorne has successfully shifted her Disney image organically to become one of the bravest, most magnetic personalities shaping the cultural zeitgeist. “Just Call” marks her return to music following a three-year absence.
Born Sam Lassner, Prince Fox has made a name for himself as one of the premier future pop producers in the game. Following a few years of consistent touring, his return to music is signified via a pair of new original singles on Dim Mak, “Just Call” and “Space (featuring Quinn XCII).” Not only do the tracks display his penchant for crafting infectious melodies flirting with dance and pop music, they both highlight Sam as a vocalist, showcasing a different side of him as an artist. Additionally, his current work brings his songwriting skills to the front and center, sitting nicely amongst an expansive back-catalog of penned productions.
In 1996, Steve Aoki founded Dim Mak and developed it into an influential independent record label and music lifestyle brand. Responsible for launching the careers of seminal acts such as Bloc Party, The Bloody Beetroots, The Chainsmokers, Deorro, Keys N Krates and countless others, the independently owned Dim Mak has consistently pushed new musical movements via its staunch DIY ethos. With a back-catalog hundreds of records deep, a history of legendary live events, and a fully formed clothing line, Dim Mak continues its global mission of promoting boundary-pushing music and culture ‘by any means necessary.’
