Jason MacDonald, Nina Debrov & Erin Beute
TV Guide gave us an “exclusive first look” to the season finale of the hit series The Vampire Diaries.
The show takes you back to the non-fanged days of Elena Gilbert played by Nina Debrov (who’s not a vampire but her love interests are) through flashbacks that depict a “simpler” life with her parents.
Enter, Atlanta based actor Jason MacDonald as Elena’s father, Mr. Gilbert. He spent most of his days shooting the finale under water as the scene(s) involved a fatal car crash off a bridge.
I spoke with Jason about his role. (Jason is co-owner of the delicious Stone Soup Kitchen restaurant and I’m there all the time!) As good of friends that Jason and I are he was a tight-lipped motherfucker! Revealed nothing. Vampire Diaries, you’ll be happy to know, the man can keep a secret! Tune in this May, as will I, for the season finale!!
PS. Anyone else think Jason/Mr. Gilbert is a D.I.L.F.?
