If you were to ask Lifestyle Coach, model, and Author, Chloé Taylor Brown, when she first began inspiring and encouraging young women, she would answer, “always.” After losing her mother to an automobile accident at age 13, she became the immediate role model to 3 younger sisters, and from there, her aspirations of empowering women was written in stone. “I love girl- issues and girl-power,” say Taylor-Brown, “I have been empowering and inspiring women and girls my whole life.”
In 2008, she launched her Global Girls Initiative (G.G.I) organization which was birthed out of the “National Initiative for Girls on Body and Self Esteem Project.” Her goal was clear: to impact the self image and self efficacy of girls around the globe.
The official launch of the curriculum, Girl-Swag: The Platinum Guide to Personal Development for Girls & Ladies, co-authored by Taylor-Brown and Jud-Lee Webb, a licensed psychologist, is on August 30th in Atlanta, Georgia and will be held at Tootsies at 3400 Around Lenox Road NE, Atlanta, GA. 30326.
